A decision, a new direction, or something you haven’t quite found the words for yet.
We’ll slow down, ask useful questions, and look at the possibilities together.
Leave room for something manageable to try, at a pace that works for your life.

I grew up in a military family, moving every few years. Since then, I’ve walked the Appalachian Trail, lived out of a van in Hawaii, and spent two years in Mongolia with the Peace Corps. Starting over—and finding my feet in unfamiliar places—has been a recurring part of my life.
I also know what it’s like to navigate ADHD and questions about faith, sexuality, and belonging. Those experiences shape how I listen. I’m interested in what matters to you, including the parts that don’t fit neatly into a category.
That mix of experience shapes how I listen: with curiosity, warmth, and respect for your own choices. You don’t need to share my background to feel welcome here.

We’ll spend about 20 minutes meeting each other and talking about what you’re looking for. You can ask questions and decide whether another conversation would be useful. There’s no obligation to continue.
My perspective comes from lived experience, including living abroad, long-distance hiking, ADHD, and navigating faith and sexuality. I’m beginning this work and developing my coaching skills. These conversations aren’t therapy or mental health treatment.
No. Our conversation is about your life, your values, and what matters to you. You don’t need to have a similar story to mine.
